Some businesses need more than one website. One for the holding company, one for operations, one for a specific project or investment. For Premium customers, we offer Companion Sites: standalone websites with up to 5 pages for another brand, entity or initiative within your organisation.

All prices are net, excluding applicable VAT. Pages like imprint, terms and conditions, privacy policy and contact do not count towards the page limit and are always included for free. Only real content pages such as your homepage, service pages, about page or funnel landing pages are counted.

How quickly will my website be online?

Typically within 2 to 4 weeks after our first conversation. Depending on how quickly you provide feedback and content.

What does "unlimited update requests" mean?

You can submit changes at any time. We process one request at a time. There’s no limit on the number. Fair-use principle: no complete redesigns, but everything that comes up in normal day-to-day operations.

Can I cancel at any time?

The initial term is 24 months. After that, your contract runs month to month and you can cancel at any time. If you’re not happy within the first 30 days, you get your money back.

What happens with my domain?

Your domain belongs to you. If you already have one, we’ll connect it. If not, we’ll help you set one up.

Do I have to write the copy myself?

No. Copywriting is included in every package. For content publishing in the Smooth package, you deliver the raw text, we review it together and publish.

What if I need more than 50 pages?

Then we’ll discuss a custom solution that fits your needs. For larger or more complex projects, our boutique agency Essential Code offers fully tailored solutions. By the way: pages like legal notices, terms and conditions or privacy policy don’t count towards the limit. Those are included in every package automatically.

Will I get a custom design?

Yes. Our designers create your site based on our own design templates and adapt it to your branding, provided existing guidelines are in place. That means professional, distinctive design, not a theme that thousands of others are using too. If you want a fully custom design built from scratch, we offer that as a one-time option for € 5.000.

What if I already have a design but my site is outdated?

Then we don’t start from scratch. We take your existing design, refresh it and migrate everything to our infrastructure. Faster load times, modern tech, EU hosting and ongoing support from day one. One-time fee of € 2.500, then your site continues on one of our monthly plans.

What if I need my site live within a week?

We offer a rush service for exactly that. For a one-time fee of € 2.000, we prioritise your project and get your site live within one week. Same quality, just faster. Your regular monthly plan starts once the site is online.

What counts as a third-party integration?

An integration is any connection between your website and an external tool or service. Common examples: CRM systems (like HubSpot or Pipedrive) connected to your contact forms, online booking systems (like Calendly or SimplyBook), calendar links, live chat widgets, payment providers, review platforms, or social media feeds. Smooth includes 2 integrations, Premium includes unlimited. If you are not sure whether something counts, just ask.

What does content publishing include?

Anything that follows a repeating layout: blog posts, help articles, case studies, team stories, product updates. You deliver the text, we handle formatting, review and publishing. If a new content type needs its own template, we build that as part of your plan.

Can I pay the 24 months upfront?

Yes. If you'd rather settle the full 24-month term in one payment instead of monthly, just let us know. Some people prefer to clear it upfront, others want predictable monthly cashflow. Both work for us.

What happens after the 24 months?

You have three options. Stay on your current plan and keep all the included services for the same monthly fee. Step down to a maintenance plan: € 49/month for pure hosting, or € 99/month for hosting, CMS access for self-editing, and a few minor changes from us each month. Or take your site somewhere else and work with another agency. The code, content, and domain are yours, and we don’t lock anyone in.

Can I edit the site myself?

Yes, if you want to. CMS access is an optional € 49/month add-on on any plan, and it’s included in Premium. Most clients don’t bother. They send changes through our unlimited update requests and we handle it. If you’d rather log in and edit yourself, just say so and we’ll set you up.
